Jeff Levy, LMFT is currently out-of-network for all insurance plans.

The fee for individual or couples meetings is $200 per session. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.

Many insurance plans have out-of-network coverage, and you can call your carrier to clarify your benefit. If you have difficulty interpreting the information they give you, you can email us and we’ll do our best to help you understand how your insurance works. We can provide you with a statement that allows you to bill insurance yourself. We also offer to electronically bill insurance for you as a courtesy, but do no follow-up on the billing outcome.

Payment is made in full at the time of each session, unless other arrangements have been made with your therapist.

Most credit cards are accepted, as well as cash or checks.
