Jeff Levy has a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, graduating summa cum laude. He has a masters degree in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA.
After completing the internship requirements, he was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 1987.
From 1987 until 2001 he was engaged in full-time private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2001 he became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, relocated here, and started a private practice in Raleigh.
He and his wife been together for thirty-one years and have one child.
In his career, Jeff has always felt an affinity for couples counseling and started that specialization during his internship training.
Over the years he has continued to integrate the most effective psychotherapy paradigms and refine his approach in order to help couples and individuals reach their goals.
He has an ongoing interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness, and encourages clients to learn about and make use of those tools.
Dr. Toni Rabinowitz, Ph.D., LMFT
Dr. Toni Rabinowitz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families.
She specializes in couples counseling, covering a wide range of presenting problems, including work with addiction, codependency, and recovery issues.
Dr. Rabinowitz also has extensive experience providing infertility counseling and psychological screening services for couples, egg donors and surrogates.
Dr. Rabinowitz attended the University of Southern California where she earned both her Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She taught psychology and counseling courses at Antioch University.
She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both North Carolina, and California; and is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the American Association for Family and Marriage Therapy, the American Psychological Association, and RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association.
She was in private practice in Los Angeles for 20 years before relocating to Chapel Hill in 2007. She is offering her services in the Cary office location, and in Chapel Hill.
