Fees and Insurance

Blue Cross Blue Shield: Some of our providers are in network for BCBS; others are out-of-network. Most BCBS plans have some coverage for out-of-network providers. Please call for more information.

United Healthcare, Tricare: Stephanie Anderson-Ladd is in network for both carriers. She only has limited openings for United Healthcare or Tricare clients, so please call regarding her availability. Our other providers are out-of-network for United Healthcare and Tricare. Many United Healthcare plans have coverage for out-of-network providers.

Cigna, Aetna: We are all out-of-network for these insurance plans. Many of these plans have out-of-network coverage

Our office manager will assist you in clarifying your outpatient mental health benefits in or out-of-network.

If there is no insurance, each therapist has a sliding scale, generally from $90 to $120 per session. Fee reductions are based on financial hardship. Fees can be discussed on the phone and we can try to arrange a rate that is affordable.
