Fees and Insurance
I am an in-network provider for
one of the current NC State Health Plans (Costwise provider).
I am also on the following managed
health care panels: United Health Care, United Behavioral Health, Magellan PPO and HMO, Value Options, Managed Health
Network, and Horizon EAP. You may have to call your health insurance company to
see who is managing out-patient mental health benefits, as one of the above
managed care companies may be involved. Unfortunately, I only have limited
openings for the managed care plans. Please call for availability.
I also can accept plans that have
no in-network providers or allow you to go out-of-network. Blue Cross Blue
Shield,
Cigna, Aetna, and AmeriHealth are examples of these kinds of plans.
If you are considering
making an appointment, I would be happy to check insurance coverage for
you.
If there is no insurance,
I have a sliding scale from $90 to $110 per session. Fee reductions are based on financial hardship. Fees can be discussed on the phone and we can try to arrange a rate that is affordable.
Credit card payments are accepted.
